Snow Tunnel Cake - Angel Food

Ingredients:
Angel food cake
12 oz whipped topping
1 1/2 C milk
4 1/2 oz instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
Slice 1 in layer off the top of cake. Gently hollow out a trench in cake 1 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches deep. Tear cake from tench into small pieces. Combine milk and pudding mix. Beat on low, 2 minutes. Fold cake pieces and 1 3/4 C whipped topping into pudding. Fill trench with mixture. Replace top of cake. Spread remaining whipped topping on sides and top. Chill until set.
