Ingredients:
2 C chopped rhubarb
3/4 C sugar
3 T butter
1/2 C milk
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 C sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 C boiling water
Directions:
Place rhubarb in an 8x8 pan. Mix next six ingredients and place on top of rhubarb. Mix 1 C sugar, cornstarch and salt. Sprinkle on top. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves? In Grandma Parke's words, "Depends on how many like it!"
