Ingredients:
4 T cornstarch
1 pkg strawberry Kool-aid
1 C sugar
2 C water
3 to 4 C strawberries, fresh sliced
Whipping Cream
Directions:
Boil first 4 ingredients about 3 min. Add strawberries. Pour into a cooked pie crust and top with whipping cream. This also makes a great strawberry short cake filling.
