Carrot Cookies with Orange Icing

Ingredients:
1 C butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 C carrots, cooked and smashed

Orange Icing Ingredients:
1/4 tsp orange zest
1 T butter
Juice from 1/2 of an orange
2 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Mix together remaining cookie ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Drop cookies on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 min at 350.
For frosting: Mix together and frost cooled cookies.
