Breakfast Casserole

"This is our traditional Christmas morning casserole. It is so good!"

Ingredients:
8 slices bread, broken up
12 eggs
3 C milk
1 to 2 lb sausages
Onion
Green pepper
Mushrooms
Cheddar cheese
Tomato

Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan. Brown sausage and put at the bottom of pan. Combine milk and eggs. Add bread. Pour over sausage in pan. Chop and sprinkle over the top: onions, green peppers, mushrooms, or whatever you have in the fridge. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hr or until eggs are done. After it is out of the oven I add chopped tomatoes on top. Yummy!
