Banana Cookies

Ingredients:
2 1/4 C flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C shortening
12 oz chocolate chips (optional)
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 C mashed bananas (2-3)

Butter Cream Frosting Ingredients:
1/4 C margarine
1/4 tsp salt
4 T evaporated milk
3 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Cream the shortening. Add the sugar and beat in the eggs. Add vanilla. Add already combined dried ingredients alternately with the bananas. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 min.
After they bake, frost them (It sounds funny to frost banana cookies but MMMM... they are bodacious!).
